Eucharisitc Ministers assist our priests with the distribution of Holy Communion at Masses and other Liturgies. All Eucharistic Ministers must be confirmed, and if married, in Catholic Church recognized marriages.
Lectors are responsible for proclaiming the Word of God at Masses and other Liturgies and are entrusted with reading aloud God's Word in such a way that they are able to help make God present through their reading of the scripture.
Ushers greet visitors into our church, help them find seating when necessary, assist with collections, and hand out bulletins at the end of mass. However, their most important role is that of hospitality!
The main goal of the Saint Kateri Circle is to make people aware of the existence of Saint Kateri Tekakwitha - the first Native American Saint Canonized by the Catholic Church.
Meetings of the Saint Kateri Circle consist of a litany - or devotion - to Saint Kateri as well as planning celebrations for lesser known feast days and retreats for the parish community. Members also actively participate in our community by responding to parishoners in need of prayer and support.
The Saint Kateri Circle meets every Thursday morning at 10am in the Saint Joseph Hall at Saint Kateri Church.
Our grief support group meets every Monday night at 6:00pm in the Fr. Judge room at Saint Kateri Church.
