Please note, if you would like to have your offertory envelopes mailed to you, a registration form must be completed in order for the office to have your name and mailing address on file when envelopes are distributed.

To request a Daily Mass Intention at our parish, please complete the online form OR visit the parish office to complete a printed form. 

Please allow 48 hours for a return call from our Parish Office for confirmation on your requested intention date and to discuss payment preferences.

To register your child for a Baptism at our parish, please complete the online form OR visit the parish office to complete a printed form.

Please note that the office does require a copy of the child's birth certificate and proof of the Godparents Confirmation status.

To register for a Quinceanera or Sweet Sixteen at our parish, please complete the online form OR visit the parish office to complete a printed form at least SIX (6) months before your preferred mass date.

Please note that we do require that the individual celebrating their Quinceanera or Sweet Sixteen MUST have received the sacrament of Confirmation PRIOR to the requested date and bring proof of completion to the parish office before the mass can be scheduled.

To register for a wedding at our parish, please complete the online form OR visit the parish office to complete a request printed form at least SIX (6) months before your preferred wedding date.

To request a funeral mass at our parish, please complete the online form OR visit the parish office to complete a printed form. 

Unfortunately, our priests DO NOT perform burial blessings without a funeral mass scheduled.

Please note that our priests DO NOT lead rosaries - if the family would like to say a rosary before the funeral mass, it is the responsibility of the family to find someone to lead it.

Applications shall be submitted online or in the Parish Office at least THREE (3) months prior to the activity; excluding Funeral Services. Priority shall be given to parishioners of Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Mission Parish and all associated chapels.
